FREE SHIPPING (US First Class Mail or UPS Ground depending on weight of package)
is available for all destinations in the United States for Cellular Phone Accessories
ONLY. Other shipping options (Priority Mail, FedEX & UPS Ground) are also available
at additional cost.
All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In
most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely
separate from the Shipping Time, therefore, to estimate Delivery Time, please consider
the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by FedEX
or UPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may
be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you
will be notified by e-mail or by phone.
Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PT.
WE DO NOT PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO &
P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class and Priority Mail only. There are
no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.
Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed
or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may
change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can
return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our
Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please
contact us or call during business hours.
